Contract Expiration vs Early Termination

Natural Expiration: When a fixed-term contract reaches its specified end date without mutual renewal, the contract concludes naturally. The employee receives full statutory end-of-service gratuity and all earned entitlements.
Non-Renewal Notice: Parties must respect the agreed contractual notice period (minimum 30 days, maximum 90 days) prior to the expiration date if they intend not to renew.
