The UAE Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) insurance system provides a social security safety net that pays cash compensation for up to 3 consecutive months to workers who lose their jobs due to corporate restructuring, redundancy, or company closure.

Key Eligibility Requirements for Claims
- 12 Months Unbroken Subscription: The employee must have been subscribed to ILOE for at least 12 consecutive months prior to job loss.
- Involuntary Termination: Resignation or dismissal under disciplinary grounds (Article 44 of the Labour Law) disqualifies the claimant.
- 30-Day Claim Submission: Claims must be submitted through the official ILOE portal within 30 calendar days from the date of employment termination.
- Payout Period: Compensation is disbursed for a maximum of 3 months per claim, capped at an aggregate of 12 months across an employee's career in the UAE.
